Installation details
 
The installer needs to provide the appropriate timber frame (typically Ex 50 x 50mm treated softwood) to support the duct panels and vanity units - please refer to technical drawings.

Components are supplied to standard dimensions. Adjustments can be made to cubicles by reducing doors and partitions and fitting into full-length door channels as appropriate.

Duct widths and heights can be varied by adjusting the width of the flashgaps.  If it is necessary to cut duct panels, additional 1mm re-edging strips are supplied.

The return end panel for vanity units will be supplied oversized to enable the installer to make on site adjustments.

Vanity tops

Longer lengths of vanities can be accomodated by joining two lengths.

19mm over all thickness laminate faced chipboard with 36mm deep, bull-nose front edge and 75mm high post-formed rear upstand in a choice of five colours.

Sanitaryware

Sanitaryware, brassware and associated fittings are not included and should be obtained from an appropriate Armitage Shanks stockist.

Armitage Venesta will provide templates to suit the following sanitaryware items:
